Some frequently asked questions
Can I just do this myself?
Technically, you can do it yourself, just a like a home owner could sell their own home, but we both know that probably isn't a good idea. The reason is because the amount of money and time you'll waste trying to figure out the Facebook or Google platform, costs more than what we charge to setup and manage it for you. Plus, we give you all the necessary tools to make it all work together, which is just another challenge you'd have to overcome.
What is an ad budget and why is there a minimum?
The ad budget is the amount you'll be required to spend with Facebook and/or Google. The ad budget is paid directly to the ad platform and is managed by LinkU. For best results, we need to spend at least the minimum ad budget. Anything less would likely perform poorly and cause you and us, unecessary stress and unhappiness.
Do you sell me leads, or are the leads shared?
No. Each campaign we create is specific to each client and each area and the leads generated are yours. This is why we must limit the number of clients we accept per area per campaign.
Can you send me referrals I can talk to?
We used to hand out phone numbers and e-mail addresses to our clients as referrals, and they we're happy to help. However, since we've been growing, and hundreds of people are now considering LinkURealty each and every week... it has become just too much for them. Is there a contract?
No. You have the option to pay monthly, or earn a discount by paying annually. If you buy an annual package and cancel early, you'll simply be pro-rated and refunded the remaining amount, subtracting any annual discounts.
Can I switch packages anytime?
Yes, you can switch your package to any of our other bundles, or even any of our available à la carte packages.
